FARM STAND

It's a new year and once again, the farm stand has evolved.  All winter we had a Pre-Order Farm Stand and that system worked well during the cold weather time.  Thank you everyone for your patience while the stand was only open twice a week!  

Now that spring is here, we are back to stocking the stand regularly with a variety of vegetables, eggs, and meat for you all. Stop by anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and choose what you would like. We always have eggs and meat and some type of vegetables. Right now the vegetable choices are mesclun, parsnips, and chard. Other items will be added as they grow.  French sorrel and radishes will be ready soon.  Other spring crops include seedlings, kale, carrots, spinach, and beet greens.  Check our our facebook page or follow us on Instagram to see what we are picking!

We continue to follow basic SAFETY GUIDELINES, for your health and ours. We sanitize the stand each morning and ask that you wear a mask while shopping.  This is a very challenging time for all of us but together we will get through the pandemic stronger and more deeply connected.  At our home and in the yard we are practicing diligent physical distancing.  Hence the stand and guidelines.

  • One customer/household at a time.
  • Please sanitize your hands before entering the farm stand.
  • Hours are 9-5.
  • If you see us around, feel free to wave and shout, but let's keep up the distancing plan and wear our masks.  Call or email if you need assistance.
  • PAYMENT:  We accept checks, cash, credit cards, EBT cards and Venmo.  Our Venmo name is sweetmorning.  Since we need to be here to process your card or process HIP let us know and we will help you.  We can also take cards over the phone.  
  • Email is the easiest way to contact us in general. sweetmorningfarm@gmail.com

We encourage you to consider buying farm credit... spend $100 and receive a $110 credit to use towards any of our products.  Keep track of your balance as you use your credit.

We currently have steady supplies of eggs, pork, and beef.  If you want particular cuts of meat, get in touch via email and we'll get it ready and let you know when it is ready to be picked up.  Bear in mind that that process may take us a day since we are busy planting vegetables and flowers, taking care of animals, and washing our hands!

At the moment, the "stand" is just a table and a refrigerator but in the next few months it will transform into a new building that will stronger, safer, and prettier!  We are excited about this development and grateful to the Harold Grinspoon Foundation for their assistance to our farm!
